Andrew Bynum hurts knee, but stays in game

April 22, 2011 | 10:35 pm

Lk4xesnc Andrew Bynum went down with 9:54 left in the third quarter, holding his right knee.

Bynum stayed down for quite a while, forcing the Lakers to call a timeout and to have trainer Gary Vitti  come out on the court while the rest of the team stood around Bynum.

It appeared Bynum  became entangled with New Orleans forward Carl Landry, then the 7-foot center tumbled the court.

After a few minutes, Bynum got back up and stayed in the game.
