G,

I have seen your comments pushing for this trade.
Please explain further.

Why would Denver want to take on a 4 yr contract for Ron and 3 years of Luke?

The Nugs say they want to go young, get draft picks, rebuild.

I can understand offering trade scenarios, but the other team must want it too, it has to be good for them in their eyes.

Why would the Nuggets want to do this?

Why don't you suggest just trading Pau straight up for Melo?
Is that a win-win trade?

Otherwise, why don't the Lakers trade Luke to the Grizz straight up for Mayo?

Ouchhh has a new handle (no mo' platitudes)?

That's pretty cute.

Thanks for your insightful comments! :-)

@Triangular - congrats on RCOTD. I feel your pain, but I'll continue to watch (and you probably will do). I guess I'm a glutton for punishment.

I'm disappointed and frustrated with the Lakers lack of execution. I don't enjoy watching bad basketball. However, I'm still convinced they'll turn things around soon and start playing bball worthy of champions. But until then they deserve all the criticism they reserve.

Oops meant to say they deserve all the criticism they "receive".

Well said LRob, I think a lot of us feel this way.

When you're out with a group in public and you keep farting, someone needs to step up and call you a pig or something to get you to change your behavior regardless of how well you may have behaved in the past.

The only word in your statement that I would change is substitute "hopeful" in place of "convinced", but that's just for me.

G. Penney, put the crack pipe down and go learn about basketball trades. Sound familiar?

One last thing, for those who are convinced that the Lakers are suddenly "too old", I'd like to point out that the hated Celtics were older in 2008 than we are now, and they played young enough to win the title. Not only that, but it's almost 3 years later, the Celtics are 3 years older, and they're still playing young. I hate 'em, but I take my hat off to 'em. They're "playing young" because they want to win again, and because their whole system is based on defense first.

There's the key. If we want to win it again, we need to play defense first. Forget about trades, about Phil, about everything else. Just play defense first. If we do, we'll play young, and we'll dang well be good enough to win it all. Again.

Art -FL Lakers Fan,

After having watched the debacle that is the Lakers,
do some of my earlier posts about character and effort now make more sense?

Does all of my ranting about defense seem insane right now?

Do you think Pau is playing soft?

No, I'm not giving up on them. Yes, it's like a morgue up in here. Yes, D-Fish
is cold as a corpse.

How much training/studying do you think Bynum has done with Kareem
recently?

Dude...don't hate the MESSAGENER.

THE ZEN CON ARTIST.

Pfunk is on to something people and has been from day one... PLS LEND HIM UR EARS.

A true test of a mans character is NOT when things are hunky dory and the team is winning.. A true test is when times are TOUGH and when facing adversity our great LORD OF THE RINGS PHILLIP has shown us time and time again that he possesses NO BACKBONE.

His character was never really put to the test with MJ when his bulls had the complete backing of the NBA and the refs and david stern... Life was very easy for him then... but since consider the following:

Phil showed NO CHARACTER in the aftermath of the kobe/shaq breakup throwing them BOTH under the bus going out of his way to WRITE A DAMN BOOK (and for what a few extra dollars or to expunge HIMSELF of any blame??!!)... and now he is going at it AGAIN showing us his TRUE COLORS by throwing his hardest working and best player UNDER THE BUS again??!!

Of all people??!! And not a single damn word on dfish and gasol?? UNFREAKIN BELIEVABLE OR WHAT??!!

Anybody that doesn't see anything wrong with this picture simply has their heads too far up the PHIL JACKSON ARSE PROPAGANDA MEDIA MACHINE... Don't get brainwashed by the kobe hating MSM.. Phil knows this and he will not hesitate for a second to USE them to his advantage.

No Mo' Platitudes,

Sorry bro, my comments are not the stuff bandwagon's should be made of. It's only an opinion not a fact. An opinion that is borne out of sadness over the last four losses. For all I know the Lakers are playing mind games with the rest of the league and their strategy is to let everybody think they're an easy out and then lay the hammer down. Regardless of what's going on, I want the Lakers to succeed that includes Phil, Kobe, Pau, Andrew and the rest of the team.

Win, lose or draw, I love my team.

Lakers forever baby!
Go Lakers!

They played New Year's Eve and undoubtedly partied like it was 1999 followed by a "no practice" day. Meanwhile, back at the farm, Memphis was working, came into the gym and beat the $h!t out of us and that's the plain truth. Is it an excusable reason to lose? Absolutely not but when you consider their existing problems coupled with "party-time," the results are last night. No need to review the list of what's wrong with the team because it's the same old story and I believe those issues will be corrected. It's not a matter of if, it's all about when. My guess is sometime during the early part of the 2nd half and I won't run down the list why again as well.

So, just move on, get ready for the next game against Detroit and get used to these kinds of losses; it's nothing new with this team. It's not enjoyable to watch, but we've been watching these types of games ever since Magic had to prematurely retire from the team. They just have to play one game at a time, ignore the standings, the playoffs and the finals. I suppose that's why they refer to it as a "process."

The level of dedication and commitment to the sport, just as the times, have changed. If you're looking for old school commitment and hunger, look no further than to Boston, S.A., Dallas, Utah and Miami. Those guys are playing like teams that have something to prove - and in fact, they most definitely do - and want to win a title. It's been said before, perhaps the Lakers don't feel they have anything to prove and they don't have to work that hard during the regular season to get to the Finals. Only time will tell if "swagger" will be enough to get them through the season.

I have noticed in these losses, except for Christmas, that our guard play defense is horrible! Fish is a weak spot for us. obviously, I read the blog daily and folks are hard on him, and rightfully so at times, but honestly, he is too slow to guard anyone o nthe floor, same for Ron. We need to trade for a quick PG in the mode of Fish, no one pops to mind right know, but we are getting killed on screen rolls cause our bigs cant get back, cause fish is constantly getting beat. and Phil needs to incorp. some zone to make these teams hit J's, I also have wanted Pau traded, reason being, he is too nice, KG, A$$hole, Perkins, same, Howard (fake) but semi dirty. Nene, all these guys are mean and Pau just wants to play ball, no banging, no real physical contact, time out, we wont make it past second round this way, I hear bloggers it Dec. its early, but ba habits are hard to break, and this has been a problem in all championship yrs. Mitch save us, trade Pau, blake and Ron, for a shooter, defender, and some Damn Heart.

Can we trade Philip The Jackson for Doc Rivers?

Regardless of what's going on, I want the Lakers to succeed that includes Phil, Kobe, Pau, Andrew and the rest of the team.

Win, lose or draw, I love my team.

Lakers forever baby!
Go Lakers!

That's the kind of attitude a fan should have.
The only sad part, is the team this fan has chosen to support...

But speaking of sadness, I don't want anyone here to be sad,
especially McLyne, who seemed especially troubled only minutes ago...

Here's a little something to pick up your spirits.

hobbitmage,

Ok, since no one else will, I have some spare time so I can come out and play, lol.

** "After having watched the debacle that is the Lakers,
do some of my earlier posts about character and effort now make more sense?"

Well, if you're trying to drum up an argument on that you'll need to look elsewhere.

====

** "Does all of my ranting about defense seem insane right now?"

You insane? Come on, really?

Anyway, I don't think I have ever questioned anything related to the importance of playing defense.

Sorry, can't argue that one with you either. Keep trying though...

====

"Do you think Pau is playing soft?"

Well, as I have said before, when Pau plays well, the Lakers generally do well, when he doesn't, they don't.

He certainly seems to have something wrong with him, whether it be the new Oprah marshmallow diet I read about that he is on, or maybe something else.

====

"No, I'm not giving up on them. Yes, it's like a morgue up in here. Yes, D-Fish

is cold as a corpse."

Glad you haven't given up though I didn't think you did or you wouldn't be here posting.

Fish? Cold? Corpse-like? Yes and yes.

Last summer you and I had quite a debate about whether to sign Fish. I was 110% in favor of signing him and I still stick to that. However, I was surprised, in a big way, that he got a 3 yr deal. That troubles me a lot more than that he got signed at all.

I would have been quite happy with a 1 yr deal or 2 yrs max, ideally with a team option on the second year. But we all know Fish just considers the regular season to be the 'practice season' (no offense KobeMVP, just messin with ya). I still look forward to Fish in the playoffs and until he turns into Horry (2-30 something) in the playoffs I will still live with him. No, I wouldn't mind if he came off the bench and I wouldn't mind if the Lakers could somehow someway swing a deal for a new PG, even as unimportant as that position is supposed to be in the triangle or so I keep hearing.

====

"How much training/studying do you think Bynum has done with Kareem
recently?"

Ok, I'll bite, how much?

...

...

...waiting for the punch line...

Ohhh, you mean seriously?

Ok, uhh, my guess will be none, what do I win?

BTW hobbitmage, not sure if you realize it, but more often than not, I pretty much generally agree with much of what you write though you do put substance over style which has it's good and bad points.

You speak the truth my brother!!!

PJ needs to stop with the psycho-bable and start making some adjustments. Throwing Kobe under the bus was a rookie coach mistake, and was simply pathetic to witness.
You don’t hear Kobe whining about Artest no points, Fisher’s lack of production & slowness, Gasol’s soft play, etc.

Does anyone have anything on what Kobe thought about Phil's comments?

Hey Mark, Just wanted to say win or lose, I appreciate all the hard work you do. And while I wish, we'd ban together win or lose, it's not lost on the fact, you stay keen and professional. Keep it up. Thanks Mark.

@Art - I like hopeful also.

@hobbit - Your "ranting" about the defense....was actually just logically explaining why its mandatory.

Right now I equally concerned with all of the turnovers that lead to easy baskets. Or if this was football...they're the equivalent of a pick six
(interception being returning for touchdown).

Art -FL Lakers fan,

Glad my posts made some sense to you.

re: substance vs. style. You have to *PAY* to see my substance w/ style.

re: What do you get for answering the Bynum question correctly? Sadly,
what you received last night. You get to watch a well payed slacker lose.

Sonny,

You fall into that don't hate - appreciate category. I know some take a harsh tone with you from time to time on the blog, but in my book you're the kinda guy I'd want as a friend cause you call them as you see them. More than that as mamba24 has repeatedly said, "You're really a Lakers Fan!"

I know, your true purple and gold tendencies can't show until the "Saint" retires. Yeah, yeah yeah, whatever (LOL).

@justa - That's why I love you so...You tell them...I got your back...

@hobbit - Just say "i told you so" and stop beating around the bush...I know you are dying to rub it in to Laker Tom, MVP888, me and all who agreed with us...enjoy your moment in the spotlight...just one cricket thinking you are a weird so called fan...

@CornerJ, mclyne, bronx, NewMexico and all the others who are defending the team and not bailing out...I salute you all...

To the die hard, the ones with faith...the ones who look through the 'purple and gold' glasses...stay strong...don't listen to the garbage...we will be rewarded at the end...

Always REMEMBER this...

"...FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR, AND, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN!!!

To all these new posters I've never seen before...and to the ones I do recognize...I expected you all around...but where are you when the Lakers win...your stench is expected...but to those who I thought were fans, well now we know your true colors...So ENJOY your time and bask in your "so called' fleeting glory...

My Laker team has brought me an abundance of joy and celebration...even if they don't go all the way this year...They still have given me so much joy and happiness, rooting for my team since 1979...

What has your team given you in 32 years...

@G.Money...

Here I am...diehard and member of the "Mamba Clan".

I'm not alone. Yes we are disappointed about our team's recent slide, but we aren't going anywhere. We're here for the duration.

Lewsters,

in reverse order:

Faith demands an object. So ... you have faith in D-Fish & LO & Bynum etc.

re: rubbing your nose in it. No .....

What I want is a space where Lakers fans can come together and have *honest*
discourse about the Lakers & basketball in general.

Some ridiculously mean, petty, & *stupid* statements have been made, on
this blog, by some posters who are "conspicuously" absent. Someone even
had the nerve to ask "If I ever admitted I was wrong about anything."

So. Now. that their past statements are proving to be false ... I'd like them
to "man up" and say ... "I thought this [ whatever it was ] and this appears not
to be true. To every LakerFan who had a different opinion than mine ...
Thanks. I understand your point now. "

Then we can hold hands and pray that Gasol grows a set and the Lakers can
pull this off. FYI, I'm standing next to justanothermambafan. Go find
another hottie. :)

KOBE - Ball hog, over the hill, time to hang it up...

PJ - joke of a coach, con artist, always had great players to win all his rings, he get's no credit at all...

FISH - this stinker is totally useless, and has been for the last 3 years, and was nothing special before then...

LO - always inconsistent, stick with the Kardishians to get your glory...

GASOL - gassy, mr. soft, another wannabe Euro trash...can't win without Kobe...

ARTEST - psycho crazy, old, can't shoot, doubt his closer defending skill, over rated, useless...

BYNUM - injury prone, waste of money, undedicated and weak player...

BENCH - is so weak, no depth, no desire, can't defend if their lives depended on it...

SASHA, FARMAR, MBENGA, POWELL - forget all the harsh words I posted about you...Front office, Buss and PJ are idiots for not resigning you or trading you...

I TOLD YOU ALL REPEATEDLY...but none of you wanted to listen...you called me a hater or doubter, when all I did was say the truth and backed it up with stats and facts...so now who is right and who is wrong...

signed: True Laker Fan...

IF THIS IS OUR "TRUE LAKER FANS"...then I guess I am not...please do not bunch with these characters...

Nuff said!

LRob,

you wrote: Your "ranting" about the defense....was actually just logically explaining why its mandatory.

my response: That is *NOT* the way certain parties perceived it.
They responded in a snotty, arrogant, egotistical & condescending manner.
Whenever stats were used to support the arguments ... they fell back on
"Well I'm older than dirt & I played. You didn't. You don't know poop
from shinola".

I'd like to buy them a beer to wash down the crow that's being served up
right now. Then I'd like to buy them a whiskey while we watch the Lakers
and desperately hope that they turn it around.

[ note: I'd also be up for a prayer meeting on getting Melo to the Lakers. :) ]

Lewsters,

re: being a wierd fan. We obviously think differently. I don't see why I shouldn't
be honest about my teams short comings while still hoping for the best from
them.

Others, have chosen to believe that as a fan you can't be honest about your
team's players. Unless they're Sasha or Luke.

Maybe you can explain to me why I should delude myself when it comes to
some of our players, but not when it comes to others....

I'm actually a Culinary Instructor.

No mo' platitudes,

Ok, I get where you're coming from now.

Lewsters,

re: your post on True Fans.

It seems a bit overboard, but let's role with it.

So if I say "Bynum is a beast" you're ok with it?

If I say "Bynum is *NOT* a best" you're not ok with it?

So a "True Laker Fan" is only interested in the truth when it fits his desires?

hobbitmage - it's all by choice...I chose to highlight or discuss the positive...you apparantly like to point out the negative or shortcomings...

Here is a way to maybe make you understand my point of view...

Some one has a daughter, but she might not be the prettiest girl out there...the father points out her great accomplishments and positive attributes...Another will just point out her ugliness, and even showing pictures to support his opinion...

Do they both have their rights to give their opinions...ABSOLUTELY...

But me being a parent, I would never want to hear how ugly my daughter is, even if SHE IS...

So no, please keep posting what you feel...

Is it my cup of tea...ABSOLUTELY FRIGGIN NOT!!!

Wowee..it's like a morgue in here..not that I post my comments much on this board, but I do respect and read the comments that are made quite often-but I just couldn't stand pat anymore with these soo called laker fans in here..the "TRUE" fans can criticize, blame, be upset, because we know we are better than what we are playing, and also know that this will be turned around..it's a bump in ther road..the "soo called laker fans" are quitters..putting down our coach, our players, our franchise...are you kidding me?! True Laker fans know, this isnt gonna be easy..3-peating isnt easy, we have new players learning how to gel, we have LO going bk to the bench, AB in the starting lineup getting his timing bk from surgery, everyone finding the niche and roles..So to the True Laker fans, 3-peat is gonna be that much sweeter-because we all been here before..

Thanks to my peeps who have got not only my back, but the Lakers back. The adversity will hopefully make our team stronger, pull them together, and have them peaking when it matters - in the playoffs. I'm not going to stress over this lackadaisical play - for now. That said, I do want to see more focus, effort and execution out there on the floor. I think we can all agree on that. I think we might also even agree on wanting PJ to take one for the team, as it were. A little dirt kicking on a ref or 2 would make me smile, if nothing else LOL! And hobbit, yes - I've still got you by the hand. Hope you're doing ok.

Lewster

Wouldn't it be more like

My daughter is the most beautiful girl in the world, but she is one lazy kid who is freeloading off of me. Never does her homework and is flunking her classes right now.

LEWSTRS,

I think you have every right in the world to post only positive thoughts and try to be upbeat about the Lakers.
I actually enjoy reading hopeful, uplifting posts about the Lakers as it helps take a little of the edge off my own feelings of frustration that pop up from time to time.

However, I think others have the same right to voice their concerns and frustrations and I also enjoy reading their opinions.

And no one should be called names or labeled into various categories unless it's just something generic like Laker Fan.

I say stop wearing those white uniforms...they are bad luck.

LEW, totally understand where you're coming from and I'm right there in support of our team and have enjoyed reaping the benefits of being a Lakers fan for 30 years.

On the other hand, I appreciate a level of criticism as long as it is obective and factual. We know who the fair weather fans are and we know who the passionate fans are. I believe hobbit to be a true fan just like Justa, but without the pom poms. J/K Justa. However, as Magia32 points out, the daughter can become lazy and co-dependent and we are doing more harm than good by supporting her without holding her accountable. In the case of the Lakers, it's not about looks or faults, but potential and abilities. Every good father would expect their child to maximize their potential and not waste their talents. But you're right, we would lend our unwavering support.

GO LAKERS!

@Art - I am all for freedom of speech, one of the principles that makes our country the best...

Please never assume that I feel you can't post unless you are saying something positive about our Lakers...

The team is not above criticism...

It just breaks my heart to see the viciousness written about this team, players, coach, front office and owners...

But I can scroll past these post, just like they can scroll past mine...

We are a diverse group of people, with different opinions, likes and dislikes...Everyone is entitled to their opinion...

For the record...I am very frustrated with my team at this point of the season...who wouldn't be...

But patience is a virtue...one that pays off dividends at the end...

And yes, in these times...you have to fall back to our history of the last 3 years...even not this bad...this team has a habit of going through stretches of this kind of play...

I leave with this...I think Hobbitmage is a very knowledgeable fan and very articulate in his posts...

We are just different in our perspectives, but doesn't mean I don't like the guy....

Lakers Dynasty - The Next Generation...

#17 Coming Up!!!

@SonnyBelfast
I'm only midly troubled when I have to come to this blog and read stupid, denegrating comments about my team.

Once again, I wish we had the handles posted before the text so I wouldn't be suckered into this nonsense.

As for my team, the reinging BACK TO BACK CHAMPION LAKERS, this is just another bump in the road on the way to more RINGS.

After watching all the video on this thread, I feel a lot better.

I liked what Kobe said...

That the vast amount of media scrutiny that the Lakers are under takes a lot of getting used to by newer members of the team. He said the "doom and gloom atmosphere feeds the tension of some players".

Also, if Kobe can laugh and find some humor in the situation, I guess I can lighten up, too. He's got a lot more at stake than I do. I'm just a fan.

PJ's presser showed his concern and that he is not above making adjustments to ensure better results from his team. I'd still like him to accept more responsibility for things being the way they are, but self-flagellation isn't in his make-up, nor should it be. Quiet as it's kept, Phil is extremely competitive and has to be embarrassed by recent events. He'll get the team back on track. Even though I don't agree with all his methods and tactics, I'll stand by him and give him the benefit of the doubt.

Pau looked shell-shocked in his video. C'mon, Pau...snap out of it. You're a 2 time champion that the rest of the league is looking up at. You are one of the best players in the world. Stop acting like you are sitting at the kid's table. You belong!!

Lakers need to clean up their turnovers and re-energize their defense. My team will be fine.

@Magia - I'll stick to the ugly daughter with the great accomplishments and talent...

The pretty one, but lazy and co-dependent...I think that was the Cavs the last 2 years...

I'll stick to the ugly one...LMAO...

@LEWSTRS

EXCELLENT post!!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pMDn6V7ZLhE

@Laker J....

Agree totally with your last post...sometimes TOUGH LOVE is what's necessary.

Ugh! Some of these comments make me sick. It's friggin January!! They've won 2 championships in a row and have been to the finals the last three years. Plain and simple, they are bored out of there minds and have - at the present time - absolutely no motivation. Honestly, the posts about DFish (he's old, can't defend opposing point guards, etc.) and Phil Jackson (He needs to go, the team's tuning him out, etc.) are sooo played out. I understand the "what have you done for me lately" sentiment when it comes to sports, but these are the same opinions over and over again, year after year. Does anybody honestly believe the Lakers won't be competing come crunch time? Really??? The "old" comments I find really amusing. Anyway, a few comments on some of the players:

Kobe: He will never change and he will always frustrate us (especially as he gets older and tries to take over even when he can't) but he is who he is and we all know that when it comes down to it, he always plays the right way when it counts.

DFish: I love him and he will no doubt be huge in the playoffs again.

Barnes & Artest: They're both nuts, but Barnes is a-hole nuts, while Artest is lovable nuts. I don't think Barnes contributes to the positive chemistry of the team.

Brown: Needs to start dunking again. What happened?

This team will be fine. This is LaLa land. We need drama. We need that new low to get us to that June high.

Go Lakers!!!

now lakers miss the hustle of sasaha and farmar...if fisher continue playing wid no offense or defense i guess forget the 3peat....fishers ave 2-e assts per game in 25min is a joke, bench point guard who is playing 10mins per game can do wat fisher doing...

Wow! All the vitriol! And one of my favorites, yellofever, gets the award for the Most Vitriolic Post of the day .. you know, the MVP Award. Way to trash the most successful coach in NBA history who happens to coach the team who you ALLEGEDLY root for! (too bad I couldn't put "ALLEGEDLY" in bold print) By the way, nice effort awhile ago when you posed as "Who the FRU." Sweet.

Lew and justa (and others) - You guys know better. You know these are the dog days of the NBA season and that Phil has the team practicing less than prior years to keep fresh for the playoffs. You know that his practices have been for 75 minutes when the team does practice. You know that Kobe's minutes are down from 38.8 mpg to 32.9 mpg this season and that his knee is still strengthening and that he and the team are adjusting to his fewer minutes. You know that Bynum was a bright spot last night and that he's looking stronger every game. You know that it's a long season and while we should definitely be nauseated and critical from what we have been witnessing right now, you also know that PJ, Kobe & Company will figure it out.

I was at that laugher last night. All my friend and I could do was laugh for 3 quarters and then we left early. The Lakers clearly didn't feel like playing basketball last night. We laughed and had fun anyway, as did the people in our section. During timeouts .. in between the deserved booing.. people were dancing and laughing. No, they didn't like it, but they know better.

1-2-3 RING! #17 coming up STRONG!!

Here I am...diehard and member of the "Mamba Clan".
I'm not alone. Yes we are disappointed about our team's recent slide, but we aren't going anywhere. We're here for the duration.

Amen Brother!!

I am very very disappointed and irritated by the Lakers' lack of fire and passion.

How can they lose to lowly teams this way AND good teams this way?

They look like they don't care.

This is ALL MENTAL.

Pau Gasol needs a fire to be lit under his big butt. What kind of play is this for the best big man in the world?!!! WWWWTTTTFFRFFF!

Kobe has to play like it is a team game.

The other guys need a blowtorch to their butt.

These Lakers need a butt whipping.

These Lakers need a punch in the face to wake them up.

Here we go again with a sub par performance,i look at the last game lakers won meagerly and i saw the same big problem whereby kobe took too many shots and turned the ball over, basketball is not a one man show but a team game played with 5 players, the triangle offense was designed to be played within a team framework, without any selfish plays or players,is like something always comes in kobe's head,it is Phil and his much experince coaching staff that afforded the lakers to get 5 more rings, without Phil who could the lakers have hired and make them a winning team,PHIL and his coaching staff have a long tradition of making winning teams perform under pressure, and if kobe breaks that tradition because of his selfish plays then it will be a problem for lakers, and as a laker fan,we all saw the problems that occurred and coach phil and some of his staff even shaq had to leave the lakers.Michael Jordan being the greatest player ever never played selfishly,he was able to depend on Pippen,Rodman,Horace Grant, luke longy,Steve ker and a great bench, even Jude Buechler.Jordan was the motivator, the go to guy,the couragious mentor who led by example. When can we see that from Kobe Bryant.

An idea for motivation:

Renegotiate their contracts.

If they don't win, they lose money.

Some of us who are new to the blog have always been lakers fan even before any one of you young lakers fan,we were fan of the lakers since the the very early 80s,we saw the many ups and downs and the adversity that the lakers have suffered,we saw when lakers loss the finals to the greatest coach in the nba,and that is PHIL JACKSON,we observe his coaching methods,we hated him at first when the BULLS humiliated the lakes in 91,but then we got to love him because we realise that there'isnt a greater coach than him in the NBA,so we can criticise players like KOBE because we know that the triangular offence were nver made for selfish players and one and one stuff,we know it is a team sport,we saw how the lakers united under the great Kareem,Magic,Cooper,AC Green, etc and win 5 NBA titles and there were no selfish players on that team,we saw the BULLS coach by Phil Jackson conquered all before them,we also saw without PHil Jackson as head coach in the early 80s that Michael and Pippen didnt win any baseketball trophe. So we can all say that PHIL is a true great coach and players like Kobe need to sit down and respect his opinion,no player is big as the game, well there was only one and it was MICHAEL JORDAN he made basketball,he made a lot of people like and respect the game, both young and old fans.

This is the "TRILL", we have a good, very TOUGH NBA TEAMS BOTH in EAST and WEST TEAMS....

What is really happening to our LALA team?
WHERE is the 2nd role players? they are very important? I FEEL THESE GUYS HAVE dis-unity AMONG THEM...

Sasha Vujacic have gone, Jordan Farmar have gone, Trevor Ariza have gone, Rony Turiaf also... they are all HUSLTE PLAYERS...

re-UNITE!... 1ST unit and 2nd unit... CONSISTENCY, HUSTLE PLAYS...

WHERE IS THE HUSTLE PLAYS?

WHERE IS THE SECOND UNIT GUYS?

WHERE IS THE LAKERS 2nd unit rosters? Where is the hustle PLAYS?
