-- ESPN Los Angeles' Ramona Shelburne tells how Pau Gasol is shouldering the heavy minutes.

--The Daily Breeze's Elliott Teaford also focuses on Gasol's high productivity.

Tweet of the Day: "PAC Wow" -- RONARTESTCOM (Lakers forward Ron Artest)

Reader Comment of the Day: "This team really is special, and I think we all feel it. I'm worried right now about other team's taking advantage of our Sock-less team and keep up the sashay into the paint. However, I also think we'll compensate - the Denver game excepted because I don't think anyone can explain that other than to assume PJ wanted to see what the bench was made of. Still - it's a chess match and I do believe it's PJ's turn. Let's see what happens. " -- justanothermambafan

Justa -

Congrats on the RCOTD!

Here is my next entry for Beatles and great Laker moments...

Lakers go back2back, Kobe and Fish gets 5th ring, PJ gets his 11th, and Dr. Buss with his 10th...and the bling keeps on coming.

Lakers Dynasty - The Next Generation...

#17 Coming Up!!!

Yay - Justa with the RCOTD! I love it.
So, at home at breakfast with the fam, I go, "Laker Game Day today! - Sunday Whites, 6:30"
Wife goes, "nobody cares..."
I go, "I'm saying this not so much to generate interest as much as simply serving warning - consider this more of a public service announcement..."
Wife and kids go back to eating oatmeal and cereal.

Congrats justa on another Friedman...

Justa...Congrats and freaking awesome as usual!! You are right, this team is special, and they seemed to have really bonded, which really helps the chemistry!! LakerTom..Steve Nash seems to have a good head on his shoulders and I know he will do the right thing with his kids. Yeah, him in P&G, and passing to Kob {in his prime} and Co. would have been fun to watch.

justa with the win!

This blogger is really special and I think we all feel it. - Justa

Justa- Congrats, the lady with GAME.

Hey BFF, congrats on the RCOTD. What, me worry? Not this early in the season. Other teams can dream all they want. No matter how a game turns out now, by season's end their fantasies will morph into lasting disappointment.

I WON??????????

I'd like to thank everyone who made this day possible for me....

*sniff sniff*

Thanks for the love MM & company.

Justa - Congrats!

You're Connie Corleone because neither of you would ever go against the family.

Justa - how have you never seen The Godfather?
