Lakers comment on Facebook leads to a brawl during kindergarten graduation

August 4, 2010 |  1:19 pm

Just to show you the power of the Internet, I give you, the faithful readers of the Lakers blog, the following story:

According to the Victorville Daily Press, prosecutors have filed misdemeanor charges against two women whose argument reportedly sparked a brawl during a kindergarten graduation ceremony in June.

Queiona Burt, 31, and Marina Ruth Vargas, 29, were charged with interference with peaceful conduct on campus and unlawful acts committed at school grounds, according to court records. It appears the two women got into an argument over a comment one of them made on Facebook regarding the Lakers. You can read more details at the link above.

Now, I know some of you Lakers blog readers are hardcore fans, but a fight at a kindergarten graduation? Can any of you imagine starting a fight at a kindergarten graduation over a comment over the Lakers? If it were a first grade graduation, sure, but kindergarten?

What's  the maddest you've ever gotten over a comment someone made about the Lakers, and did you serve any jail time? Let us all know, so I know who to avoid if I ever see you at a game.
