Yeah, we don't talk about minerals enough. A lot of people supplement, but it's trace minerals that make all the difference and people usually don't supplement them, nor are they replaced by conventional fertilizers, so with each generation of non-organic fruits and vegetables their mineral content/spectrum decreases, thereby making the food less nutritious.

In addition, the liver makes about 300,000 different enzymes which each provide a specific function in the human body. Each one of those enzymes require a specific mineral to activate their function in the human body. No minerals = non-functional enzyme.

So, supplementation of minerals is important. From what I've researched liquid sea minerals is the best from of trace mineral supplementation.

I hope Kobe starts taking some soon.

Thank you very much for the compliment. While I totally support Bynum, I'm not getting caught up in either extreme when it comes to him. I just hope that he stays healthy, performs well and helps us win more titles.

Also, I apologize that I left the live chat so abruptly due to work, but I read your comment regarding my post about Bynum, Caracter and Ebanks becoming our core someday. It's just me hoping that these young guys really blossom and become very good, to great players so that they take over when our superstars in Kobe/Pau and savvy vets in Fish, Artest and LO finally decide to hang it up or drift into the twilight of their careers. That's what I was alluding to. Think about it, in three years, Drew will be 25, Caracter 25 and Ebanks 23 and they will have had the awesome privilege of playing with and learning from the best in the game. Of course I don't see Kobe, Pau, Artest and LO being done in three years, but you never know. Fish has been adamant that he will definitely play the three years he signed for, but he'll be 39 by the time he's done. I'm just hoping that both Caracter and Ebanks make the team, flourish and become studs when the baton is passed to them.

I know that this is way too premature to predict what could happen, but I'm expecting these youngs to develop and produce nicely and more than make up for guys like Luke, Farmar, Cook and Sasha who haven't produced as we thought they would and have been disappointments.

My wife is an avid Laker fan like myself and so I have a great deal of respect for my Laker sisters on this blog, much love!
