Someone send a text message to PJ goddammit!
Why he still insisting on Walton ....that cat and Kwame are lovers! The Lakers should have traded Luke and Kwame for Gasol.
Sick! this guy makes me so damn mad!

"Cello, even you can't say Duncan didn't travel on that."
TWoody

Posted by: cello_the Spurs fan | May 27, 2008 at 06:54 PM
I seriously hope there's some statistic about dumb offensive fouls. We must be headed towards an NBA record.

I really don't understand why Phil took Vlad out.
Posted by: Janet | May 27, 2008 at 06:54 PM
LUKE WALTON does NOT belong in the NBA. I would be rich if I had a buck for every frickin lay up this guy has missed in his career! He turns the ball over a lot...always at the WORST possible time. WHY does Phil play this guy? Ariza is healthy..let him play! Walton give back the money as you haven't earned a 5th of it.
Gasol needs to get tougher and dunk on duncan a few times..had a wide open look under the basket and lays it up?
I am beginning to wonder if the Lakers have the killer instinct to put SA away...first step bench Luke..his old man bad back and all would be a better play!
Posted by: spike | May 27, 2008 at 06:54 PM
Luke with a dunk???
I didn't know that white boy could jump....!
Posted by: justanothermambafan | May 27, 2008 at 06:55 PM
easy shot but dont be too quick to kill Luke off.

reserves doing a good job.
WE are KEYED in on Pinocchio..i like it.
Posted by: Lakers4Realz | May 27, 2008 at 06:56 PM
Back up by 9.. no time to panic... we've survived Luke's bad play and he's
actually contributed nicely over the last couple minutes.
Posted by: Bzar | May 27, 2008 at 06:56 PM
Walton need a kick in the azz...
And Kobe gave it to him...
Did you see that?
He yelled "Come onnn!" as they walked off the court.
Luke responded these first plays of the 2nd quarter.
That's what the eff I'm talking about.
Nothin personal, but we tryna win a championship here.
Posted by: Korey | May 27, 2008 at 06:57 PM
Thank you Kobe for screaming at Luke.
Kobe understands my pain.
Man up or ship out.
PS: I still want Luke traded.
Posted by: passionate Lakers fan | May 27, 2008 at 06:57 PM

Oh, where the heck is JustaLakerFan or compton's finest?
PJ cant coach?
What about putting Odom on the baseline block and waiting for the double?
What about pressuring the ball whenever Parker is not in the game?
I know I know... You guys are sorry for saying PJ aint a good coach.
Posted by: Korey | May 27, 2008 at 06:58 PM
the key to the game like I said is phil jackass........
how would he adjust to the flow of the game.......
I want to see ARIZA this game
Posted by: compton finest | May 27, 2008 at 06:58 PM
Lamar is practically useless once again.
Posted by: WWJWWD | May 27, 2008 at 06:59 PM
Walton finally stepping up
Posted by: melos | May 27, 2008 at 07:00 PM
Kobe needs to yell at Luke more often...
Posted by: Ku | May 27, 2008 at 07:01 PM

Ku-
It did seem to wake him up, that's for sure. The second four minutes were a lot better than the first four.

Posted by: vi lakerfan | May 27, 2008 at 07:03 PM
holy wtf batman,
I was trying to find a link for ten damn minutes and had to swap out computers, and I was just keeping track by reading the posts. I thought we were losing by like ten.
Were you people just sitting around waiting for george to tell you about the bunnies until you looked up and though; "my god, if I don't crap all over Luke Walton now, I might not get the chance, cause we might never be behind again. In fact, I'm not even going to wait for us to be behind, I'm going to start pissing and moaing when WE ARE UP BY TEN ON THE DEFENDING CHAMPS WITH A 2-1 LEAD IN THE SERIES.
No, I don't want to hear about how you love the team and this is your way of showing it. Just go kick your dog, or former atlanta falcons quarterback, or whatever you want. Just shut up. I don't want to scroll past your stupid posts, I don't want to practive my zen meditation, I want people to stop saying stupid shite just because they can disown it after we win.
jeez
Posted by: phred | May 27, 2008 at 07:04 PM
ugh!! the spurs are getting killed on 2nd chance pts!!! i hate that!
Posted by: cello_the Spurs fan | May 27, 2008 at 07:04 PM
I don't understand Kobe, at times. Bowen just lost him on defense, there was just Duncan between him and the basket... DRIVE RIGHT IN HIS FACE !!! The worse thing that can happen is to be fouled; or else, it's the and-1. I mean, what's the downside here ?

Stupid Jordan...that was so obvious!
Posted by: Janet | May 27, 2008 at 07:04 PM
Good call. Farmar pushed Bowen into next week.
Unfortunately, that's the first good call of the game.
Posted by: WWJWWD | May 27, 2008 at 07:05 PM
Wow...nice job of acting by Bowen..
what a focken tool.
Farmar barely touched his arm. Bowen must be attending Pinocchio's school of acting..
Posted by: Lakers4Realz | May 27, 2008 at 07:05 PM
Way to be active on boards Vlad!
Come on Mr. MVP Bryant Close out on Barry please. Make the effort please.
Is every call agains tthe Lakers being called by Joey Crawford?
Posted by: Tom | May 27, 2008 at 07:05 PM
Cool.. they're actually following Ronny on the TNT playercam!
Our votes paid off!
Posted by: Bzar | May 27, 2008 at 07:06 PM
Wow, with that kind of call, there should be 10-15 pushoff calls per game.
Posted by: Ben Goldberg | May 27, 2008 at 07:06 PM
Boy does Vlad have a quick 3pt trigger.
I'll take it though if he is hitting but if not, he's got to sit on the bench.
The Lakers need to get a 10pt lead at half.

WTF! Farmar had a clear way and a flop by Edward Scissorhand and the ref fell for it! The refs are gonna do us in. I hope the Team can fight their way with these one sided calls. Go Lakers!!!!!!

Awesome, Milo. You came thru for me again. You gotta tell me how you find those things!
Posted by: onanoman | May 27, 2008 at 07:07 PM
Lakers can't let Barry be the "other guy" to look good tonight. Lakers need to cut down on their mental mistakes.
Posted by: Nemaia Faletogo | May 27, 2008 at 07:08 PM
I have loved Horry since he was a Laker, and even after he left, but the dude is just washed up and dirty now. It breaks my heart to watch him play now, all he does is grab and shove, and the worst part is very little is called.
He needs to hang it up, or someone needs to $!#% him up...he deserves it at this point.
Posted by: BH | May 27, 2008 at 07:08 PM
Vlad should be back in this game! Refs are terrible tonight!
Posted by: chuck23 | May 27, 2008 at 07:08 PM

Vlad is in the game as we speak.

So I'm watching the Live feed on tnt's website and I have no idea what the score is. Could I get some updates on the score?
Posted by: DavyJonze | May 27, 2008 at 07:10 PM
Joey Crawford is overcompensating with favorable calls for the Spurs. Come on Lakers! You can beat them if you have to fight against the refs!
Posted by: Lakergurl | May 27, 2008 at 07:10 PM
I've loved Vlad's play the past two games. He's actually getting on the boards and being the player he's capable of being.
Posted by: Xodus | May 27, 2008 at 07:11 PM
This officiating is ridiculous. The refs are the ONLY thing keeping SA in this game.
Posted by: WWJWWD | May 27, 2008 at 07:11 PM
I like the way Vlad is playing tonight.
