Boston couldn't win on the road earlier, nor New Orleans last night. Here's hoping third time is the proverbial charm.

What happened to that stock dude? Wasn't there some guy named Butler? You'd think they'd stop by the say hi sometime, after all the good times we've had together.
Posted by: phred | May 16, 2008 at 09:51 PM
PUT IN FISHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Posted by: golakeshow | May 16, 2008 at 09:52 PM
WHY is Farmar in the game? WHY??
Posted by: KimD | May 16, 2008 at 09:52 PM
Gasol is so soft sometimes...
Once Odom gets back in the game, we can restore order and put these weak fools away.
Posted by: Korey | May 16, 2008 at 09:53 PM
Why Phil? Why? WHy? WHy?
Posted by: golakeshow | May 16, 2008 at 09:53 PM
TAKE OUT FARMAR...... HIS SO GIRLIE.....
Posted by: joetoronto | May 16, 2008 at 09:53 PM
I hate to say it, but no reason to re-sign Ronny.
Posted by: Rick Friedman | May 16, 2008 at 09:53 PM
Kobe has a terrible habit of getting sloppy with the ball for stretches. King James has far superior court vision.
Posted by: Evilkneviel | May 16, 2008 at 09:53 PM
MVP or not, Kobe is making mistakes that can cost the Lakers not on this game, but maybe the series. STOP TURNING THE DAMN BALL OVER KOBE!
Posted by: troy | May 16, 2008 at 09:54 PM
frankie (hamblen) says relax
we got this
Posted by: CBuck | May 16, 2008 at 09:54 PM
We all know Farmar is useless here...but my question is why the heck Phil Jackson does not know...why is he still in the game...to give Utah confidence?
Posted by: BocaLakerGurl | May 16, 2008 at 09:54 PM
I hate to say it but Phil is at it again.......trying to make Gasol a closer
They had better get the ball to Kobe.........and live or die with what happens GOING THRU KOBE
Posted by: pfunk36 | May 16, 2008 at 09:54 PM
I can probably sneeze and Pau would fall over.
Posted by: troy | May 16, 2008 at 09:54 PM
Why is everyone whining about Jordan? Farmar has hardly been the criminal of the Bench Mob tonight.
Posted by: Rick Friedman | May 16, 2008 at 09:54 PM
farmar is just getting owned by deron. its like 5 vs 4. farmar is just overclassed on this one. too big too strong too fast. put fisher back in and try to stop this momentum.
Posted by: lent | May 16, 2008 at 09:54 PM
DO NOT give in to fear or doubt - this is ours.

I swear!! Wrong time to FLOP Pau!!! and here's Hubie now with the very loud voice GUSHING over the Jazz AGAIN!!!! Need to come out of this time out and score and get this under control. Jazz are playing well, credit to them but I must agree with JSANTOS about Turiaf's great defense. It seems everytime he blocks one none of the Lakers get the ball!!! Come on Laker Nation, positive thoughts now.... got to run this lead back to 15 or more..... and send the Jazz fishing!!!! I have a feeling it's KOBE TIME!!!
Posted by: jhnlannery | May 16, 2008 at 09:55 PM
I'm starting to agree with Pfunk. Jackson made a big mistake going with his usual strategy of putting in the second unit to start the fourth quarter in a game like this where a change of rhythm could give the momentum back to Utah. This is a close-out game with at least five days of rest awaiting the starters.

Good job Phil, you d i c k e d around long enough to let the Jazz back in the game now GET FIFSH AND ODOM BACK IN THE DAMM GAME!!!! before its too late....Quit playing soft Pau!! it letting Boozer off the hook....
Posted by: 70'slakerfan | May 16, 2008 at 09:55 PM
opsss I meant Luke, Farmar and Turiaf!
Posted by: Maxximo | May 16, 2008 at 09:55 PM
Also we need more size in this game for rebounding...........I would like to see for once what Vlad can do in crunch time
Posted by: pfunk36 | May 16, 2008 at 09:56 PM
NBA's loudest arena??? I think that kid's sign should have said "NBA's Whitest Arena". Much more accurate.
Posted by: The Fan | May 16, 2008 at 09:56 PM
This smells like a potential collapse...
Posted by: golakeshow | May 16, 2008 at 09:56 PM
Lakers are falling apart...
Posted by: 70'slakerfan | May 16, 2008 at 09:56 PM
Kobe, Kobe. Let's have good decision making dude. Come on. Focus.
Posted by: KimD | May 16, 2008 at 09:57 PM
Derek Fisher is a Man I am sooo pissed he wasnt out there sooner.
Posted by: golakeshow | May 16, 2008 at 09:57 PM
How can a bunchof shrimps like Harpring and Millsap keep beating us to the rebounds????
Posted by: jhnlannery | May 16, 2008 at 09:58 PM
Tell me how there can be 4 Lakers under the basket and 1 lone Jazz player STILL gets the rebound. Come on.
Posted by: KimD | May 16, 2008 at 09:58 PM
Get the damm rebound Pau!!!...
Posted by: 70'slakerfan | May 16, 2008 at 09:58 PM

Posted by: KimD | May 16, 2008 at 10:02 PM
