Better D right now. Nothing easy.
Go Lakers!

6-0 Lakers......GAMETIME..........TIME TO ROLL!!!!!.......GO LAKERS!!!!!
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:14 PM
Lovin the D!
That shot went in but it was challenged.
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 05:15 PM
Lets go lakeshow!
Posted by: bonez | February 13, 2008 at 05:16 PM
Lakers playing solid...great start so far.
Finish up strong, I couldn't survive an All-Star weekend sitting on a loss :)
Posted by: Bynumite | February 13, 2008 at 05:16 PM
Is the game on channelsurfing.net?
I cant get it.
Wes
Posted by: wesjoenixon | February 13, 2008 at 05:17 PM
Rad Vlad's actually playing very well.
GO LAKERS!
Posted by: Jon K. | February 13, 2008 at 05:17 PM
This is the kind of game I was looking for.
Get them out early, play some D.
Go Lakers!
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 05:17 PM
Pau can't be stopped!
Posted by: Justin N | February 13, 2008 at 05:18 PM
Great save by Fish leads to a bucket by Pau off an Odom assist. The Wolves played last night in Jersey, had to battle the snow here in the NY area and returned home to more snow. They look tired and depressed.
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:18 PM
AK, methinks you spend a hell of a lot of time on YouTube.
GO LAKERS!
Posted by: Jon K. | February 13, 2008 at 05:19 PM
They keep this up and it will be a long, long night for the T-Pups.
Posted by: akr_68 | February 13, 2008 at 05:19 PM
Anyone have a link for the game? I live in NY and neeeed it!
Posted by: Ryan | February 13, 2008 at 05:19 PM
This isn't a bad way to start the game!
Posted by: bonez | February 13, 2008 at 05:20 PM
Kobe with the post up for the And 1!!! This guy's a real pro.
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:21 PM
Who's the alien that stole Vlad's body? Rebound, steal, forces a turnover, offensive rebound and score, drives.
Lakes better defense early. Pau blocks Jefferson.
Posted by: LakerinBC | February 13, 2008 at 05:21 PM
Can someone give me a link to watch this? Channelsurfing is not working tonight! HELP ME!!
Posted by: long live chick | February 13, 2008 at 05:21 PM
Lakers in the penalty already. They are starting to really amp up the pressure on teams.
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:24 PM
I just heard them using the theme song from "The Jeffersons" as Al Jefferson's scoring music. Even when it's a bucket against the Lakers, that's gotta make you smile a little.
AK
Posted by: Andrew Kamenetzky | February 13, 2008 at 05:24 PM
For the rest of you trying to use channelsurfing, it is up now. Try it again.
Posted by: long live chick | February 13, 2008 at 05:25 PM
I haven't said this in a while, but I think tonight is a good
game to bring it back...
C'mon Lakers! BEAT THEM DOWN!
I think they can really blow them out tonight if they just
put their minds to it.
Posted by: Bzar | February 13, 2008 at 05:25 PM
channelsurfing is working okay for me...has to be refreshed occasionally
Posted by: Justin N | February 13, 2008 at 05:26 PM
Fisher just isn't hitting anything right now!
Posted by: Simone | February 13, 2008 at 05:27 PM
terrible shot by Fish, and absolutely horrible call on Vlad
Posted by: Vonislav Waferdenko | February 13, 2008 at 05:27 PM
Wolves are getting involved now....you have to give them credit, they play hard and never quit. They played the Celtics tough twice. The Show can't aford to fall asleep.
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:28 PM
We're not playing bad...have to maintain the pressure.
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 05:29 PM
Long live chick,
www.channelsurfing.net is working fine for me.
GO LAKERS!
Posted by: Jon K. | February 13, 2008 at 05:29 PM
Lakers cold and 2nd chance rebounds are hutting but they'll clean that up I'm sure.
Posted by: Bynumite | February 13, 2008 at 05:29 PM
can we delete that comment with the link above so they aren't all broken and hard to read
Posted by: Justin N | February 13, 2008 at 05:30 PM
On a side note, Celtics have another injury. Big Baby just had a knee sprain it looks like.
Posted by: Bynumite | February 13, 2008 at 05:31 PM
Wow, Fish is in a pretty bad slump.... 1-11 counting last game
Posted by: Vonislav Waferdenko | February 13, 2008 at 05:31 PM
channelsurfing just stop working?
Posted by: Justin N | February 13, 2008 at 05:32 PM
I'm multi-tasking right now. Writing a paper while watching this game. I can only hope that my thoughts on the game don't get mixed into my paper. haha.
Posted by: Xodus | February 13, 2008 at 05:33 PM
It's going to be fun to watch Bynum and Jefferson go at it for the next 10 years. Those are two very skilled big men. Jefferson has the edge offensively right now, but Bynum is definitely the superior defensive player.
Posted by: Xodus | February 13, 2008 at 05:35 PM
I loved how Sasha faked the shot and then took two dribbles towards the basket to create an easier look. Even though he missed, that's good basketball.
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:35 PM
Al Jefferson is jumping, that should be a travel.
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 05:36 PM
Not that I want a foul called against LO, but seriously, how the hell did he NOT get called. He practically gave Al Jefferson a concussion on that play.
AK
Posted by: Andrew Kamenetzky | February 13, 2008 at 05:36 PM
Al Jefferson is a stud....one guy ain't going to beat the Lakers, though.
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:37 PM
Have any of you ever seen a shot that Vu chachitch doesn't like?
the boy lets them rip like there giving shots out for free
Posted by: LAGUNERRO | February 13, 2008 at 05:37 PM
If kobe made that 3 off the steal....god thatd been sweet
Posted by: Justin N | February 13, 2008 at 05:38 PM
me too Xodus.
Except I'm trying to read my textbook. Somehow the score keeps on creeping in the pages lol.
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 05:38 PM
Double Jefferson, the T-pups don't really have many offensive weapons and Jeffer is not a good passer (1 assist per game ave.)
Posted by: LakerinBC | February 13, 2008 at 05:39 PM
Sasha's playing well ;-)
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 05:41 PM
lol Faith.
Posted by: Xodus | February 13, 2008 at 05:41 PM
Refs robbing us blind.
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 05:41 PM
Kobe is spoon feeding the rest of the team. Beautiful feed to Farm for an easy look.
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:41 PM
Shut up and play ball, Kobe.
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:42 PM
What's up with both Kobe and Fish? They are both playing wild, perhaps can't wait to get home to their families.
Posted by: LakerinBC | February 13, 2008 at 05:43 PM
Sasha playing well!
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 05:43 PM
the channelsurfing feed is sucking big time
Posted by: Justin N | February 13, 2008 at 05:44 PM
Lakers please smoke them up... I want McHale inhale it all.. Go Lakers! Go EL Grande! Go Mamba! Lakers!!
Posted by: trio | February 13, 2008 at 05:44 PM
Wow! Look at how out of shape Walker is now that he is not on the Riley Diet! LOL!
Posted by: zen | February 13, 2008 at 05:45 PM
Wow. That might be the best pass I've ever seen Sasha make. It's DEFINITELY the best one he's ever made while in the paint. Typically, when Sasha takes the ball inside, it turns into a cringeworthy moment where it's abundantly clear he didn't have a plan of attack. That time, bullet to Ronny.
AK
Posted by: Andrew Kamenetzky | February 13, 2008 at 05:45 PM
Sasha is really playing well tonight.
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:45 PM
I feel bad seeing Corey Brewer guard Kobe. He has no chance with Kobe getting the veteran calls coupled with Kobe's obvious edge in strength and skill.
Posted by: Xodus | February 13, 2008 at 05:45 PM
Why did kobe get a tech?
Posted by: Ankit | February 13, 2008 at 05:45 PM
It's not gonna work Xodus...
One trumps the other.
Wes
Posted by: wesjoenixon | February 13, 2008 at 05:46 PM
Is the game available on Internet?
Posted by: Zen101 | February 13, 2008 at 05:46 PM
This game is over.
Posted by: zen | February 13, 2008 at 05:47 PM
Xodus,
BTW, what is the topic?
Wes
Posted by: wesjoenixon | February 13, 2008 at 05:47 PM
LakerinBC....
good obverstaion about doubling Big Al...I'm sure the Lakers will if the game gets close.
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:47 PM
Kobe is shooting poorly, but is finding other ways.
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:48 PM
Put them away early.
Go lakers!
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 05:49 PM
Anyone have a feed other than channelsurfing?
Posted by: Justin N | February 13, 2008 at 05:50 PM
The game is on channelsurfing.net...
Walker is sooooo fat
Wes
Posted by: wesjoenixon | February 13, 2008 at 05:50 PM
6 point game. Our defense is laxing.
Jordan's leaving his man open time and time again.
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 05:50 PM
Lakers in the penalty with 6:57 left in the Q. That's smart!!
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:52 PM
who is calling the game on FSN north? very informed, but also horribly boring.
Posted by: phred | February 13, 2008 at 05:53 PM
Good D Luke!
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 05:53 PM
Wes,
The oversexualization of the black male and how hip hop plays a role in that.
Posted by: Xodus | February 13, 2008 at 05:53 PM
Luke with the takeaway....Kobe with the SLAMMM!!!
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 05:54 PM
What a Game by Bryant in 2nd Quarter.. He finally find the rhythm..
Posted by: trio | February 13, 2008 at 05:54 PM
That broadcaster is dull...wow...
Foye is a mean little bulldog...
Wes
Posted by: wesjoenixon | February 13, 2008 at 05:54 PM
now that i think about it, that pretty much describes most people in minnesota. and calling the worst team in the nba can't help
Posted by: phred | February 13, 2008 at 05:55 PM
If not for Farmar's lazy defense, we should be up by 20 right now.
Go Lakers!
Posted by: Tsiry | February 13, 2008 at 05:56 PM
My son just did somthing good,he stole the ball hahahahah for all the luke haters on this board hah hah
Posted by: Bill Walton | February 13, 2008 at 05:58 PM
Finally they call it.
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 05:58 PM
Wes,
It's a pretty interesting paper to write because the only thing that comes close to my love for basketball is my love of music--that's not including my girlfriend though, lol.
I like everything from Led Zepplin to Bob Marley to the Roots to the Killers.
Posted by: Xodus | February 13, 2008 at 05:59 PM
Why is channelsurfing.net only audio
Posted by: D_Fish | February 13, 2008 at 06:00 PM
Ronny the blocking machine!
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 06:00 PM
God dam why the hell did channelsurfing have to cut me off...oh well guess i watch the scores on nba.com
Posted by: Justin N | February 13, 2008 at 06:01 PM
Work with me here people....James for Minn. looks just the "Brotherman" character on the old "Martin" TV series....the guy that always came down Martin's fire escape. LOL!!
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 06:01 PM
that's a TERRIBLE Bill Walton impression. Just ATROCIOUS.
Posted by: phred | February 13, 2008 at 06:01 PM
Well,
Xodus, as a writing teacher I thiought I'd be able to offer some suggestions...but...hahaha.
Nope. Don't know about that one.
Good luck.
Wes

BREAKING NEWS.. DEAVEN GEORGE BLOCKS DEAL.. AHHAHAHAHAHA I DONT KNOW WHETHER TO BE HAPPY OR SAD THAT HE DID...
Posted by: tp | February 13, 2008 at 06:02 PM
I got the name confused...I meant Craig Smith.
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 06:02 PM
Ronny T. has set up a nice little office in the paint. DFish hits the 3 to push the lead to 14.
Posted by: bronxlakerfan | February 13, 2008 at 06:03 PM
Turiaf has to be more focused on offense, he had missed a lot of easy shots under the basket.
Posted by: Tsiry | February 13, 2008 at 06:04 PM
Sounds great Xodus...
I often hum that obscure Marley song "Chances Are" at work. I don't think he ever wrote another song quite like that one. Very beautiful.
And Zeppelin...still underappreciated.
Wes
Posted by: wesjoenixon | February 13, 2008 at 06:07 PM
16 point game. Better lol.
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 06:08 PM
Active hands and active feet. Good stuff.
Posted by: Faith | February 13, 2008 at 06:08 PM
Let's finish this last few seconds out strong!...no easy baskets
Posted by: bonez | February 13, 2008 at 06:09 PM

Thank you sir for the compliment's, I know my boy tries, like every red kid on every block...hahahaah
Posted by: Bill Walton | February 13, 2008 at 06:10 PM
According to ESPN, it looks like Shaq's first game is going to be against us after the all-star trade.
Posted by: Xodus | February 13, 2008 at 06:12 PM
Lakers by 16 at the half. Good D by Lakes but also so far Minny is the worst team we've played so far in this road trip.
Posted by: LakerinBC | February 13, 2008 at 06:12 PM
ladies and gentlemen . . .
devean george's first block of his career!
